• Lead day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clients

• Develop trusted partnerships and identify opportunities for account growth

• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments

• Deliver insightful reporting and performance recommendations

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging social-first content and short-form video

• Ensure content meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency

• Manage projects from brief through to successful delivery

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Proven agency account management experience

• Strong knowledge of organic social media and an understanding of paid social

• Excellent communication and client management skills

• Experience creating reports, insights, and strategic recommendations

• Strong organisational and project management abilities

• A creative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance standards

• Commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth opportunities
