StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Day and Night Drivers for ongoing general haulage and trunking work based in the Northampton area. We are offering consistent long-term work, immediate starts, and competitive LTD rates within a well-organised 7-day operation.

You'll be working with a modern, well-maintained fleet, and a professional transport team focused on smooth daily operations and driver support

Pay Rates (LTD)

Class 1:

• Monday–Friday AM: £19

• Monday - Friday PM: £20

• Saturday: £21

• Sunday: £22
\n

Class 2:

• Monday–Friday AM: £18
  
\n
• Monday - Friday PM: £19
\n
• Saturday: £20
\n
• Sunday: £21

What the role involves

You'll be completing both general haulage and trunking work between distribution centres using pre-loaded trailers carrying ambient goods.

The operation runs 7 days per week, with shifts averaging 9–12 hours with immediate starts are available with ongoing weekly bookings.

Our ideal candidate

• Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 1 years
\n • Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
\n • Has no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences)
\n • Temperature-controlled experience is preferred but not essential
