We're working with a leading UK Retailer to find a Customer Marketing Analyst to join their Analytics team on a permanent basis

The role

You'll own and deliver customer analytics across loyalty schemes, CRM, and marketing campaigns, covering everything from cohort analysis and churn to incrementality measurement and ROI. You'll collaborate across a matrix structure with stakeholders from across the business, translating commercial ambitions into analytical challenges and actionable recommendations

What you'll work on

• Customer health tracking: growth contribution, cohort analysis, churn rates
• Loyalty and CRM performance reviews and opportunity
• Campaign forecasting, incrementality, and ROI measurement across marketing channels
• Deep-dives into customer behaviour and omnichannel personalisation
• Supporting growth across Digital, Marketplace, Services, and Retail Media

What we're looking for

• Strong SQL skills; Python and/or R experience
• Hands-on with cloud platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake
• Proven background in marketing campaign analysis, loyalty, and retention
• Solid statistical grounding, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals
• Experience in Agile/matrix environments; Jira and Confluence familiarity a plus
• Sharp attention to detail and a genuine interest in customer behaviour
