We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Finance to join a values-led organisation at a pivotal point in its journey.\n\nThis is a rare opportunity to join an organisation embarking on a significant period of organisational restructuring and transformation. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of the finance function and supporting the wider business through change, ensuring financial stability, strong governance and operational excellence throughout the transition.\n\nThe Role\n\nReporting to the Director of Finance & Transformation, you'll lead the finance function, overseeing a team of nine while partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational objectives.\n\nAlongside leading the day-to-day finance operation, you will be instrumental in supporting the organisation through its restructuring programme, helping to develop scalable financial processes, improve reporting, enhance controls and provide the commercial insight needed to drive informed decision-making.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nLeading and developing a high-performing finance team.\nProducing monthly management accounts and statutory financial reporting.\nDriving budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and long-term business planning.\nLeading finance transformation through process improvement, systems enhancement and automation.\nSupporting the organisation through a significant restructuring programme, ensuring robust financial planning and effective change management.\nManaging treasury, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships and regulatory compliance.\nProviding commercial insight and strategic financial support to the Executive Team and Board.\nSupporting wider strategic initiatives, including organisational transformation, business planning and potential mergers and acquisitions.
