1st Line Support IT Support Technician IMMEDIATE START

Up to £200 per day (DOE)

Bristol - on site 5 days per week (NON - NEGOTIABLE )

37.5 hours per week. (Temporary )

• Support Office setup & provide technical support with any issues arising once set up

• Installing hardware – PC’s, keyboards, base stations etc
\n
• Setting up desks
\n
• Floor walking with users and troubleshooting 1st line issues, escalating if needed
\n
• Help resolve queries and be generally helpful as needed to resolve minor technical issues
