Role: Recruitment Coordinator\n\nLocation: Cardiff, CF3\nPay Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour\nContract: 3-Month Rolling Contract\nStart Date: Immediate\nHours: Monday to Friday (flexible hours available, part-time considered)\n\nWe are looking for a Recruitment Support Coordinator to support a busy parcel delivery network across Swansea, Cardiff and Gloucester.\n\nThis role would suit somebody who enjoys speaking with people, building candidate pipelines and supporting high-volume recruitment activity.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n• Proactively contact and engage potential candidates\n• Conduct initial candidate screening and suitability checks\n• Support and host recruitment open days\n• Manage candidate onboarding and compliance\n• Coordinate interviews, inductions and start dates\n• Book business meetings and support recruitment planning\n• Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports\n• Work closely with operational managers to fulfil staffing requirements\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n• Previous recruitment, administration or customer service experience\n• Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n• Good organisational skills and attention to detail\n• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently\n• Full UK driving licence\n• Professional and proactive attitude\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n• £16.00 - £17.00 per hour\n• Flexible working hours\n• Immediate start available\n• Ongoing 3-month rolling contract\n\nIf this sounds like the right fit for you, we'd love to hear from you.
