About the Role
As a Lecturer and Course Coordinator, you will deliver engaging and personalised learning programmes that support learners with a range of needs, including communication and interaction difficulties, cognition and learning needs, sensory impairments and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
You will create a positive and supportive learning environment where learners can build confidence, develop independence and achieve meaningful outcomes. Working closely with colleagues, parents, carers and support staff, you will help learners progress towards their individual goals and prepare for their next steps in education, employment or independent living.
What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for someone who has:
Experience delivering entry-level programmes and supporting learners with communication, cognition, sensory and/or SEMH needs would be advantageous.
