Vehicle Technician

The Vehicle Technician will ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our service centre.\nResponsibilities\n * Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify faults and issues.\n * Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including engine diagnostics, brake repairs, suspension work, and electrical system troubleshooting.\n * Use hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs with precision.\n * Test vehicles post-repair to ensure proper functioning before returning to customers.\n * Maintain detailed records of all work carried out on each vehicle.\n * Assist in ordering parts and managing inventory to ensure smooth workflow.\n * Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations during all tasks, including heavy lifting procedures when handling large or heavy components.\n * Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair work clearly and professionally.\nRequirements\n * Proven experience or strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics is essential.\n * Level 3 qualified or Equivalent\n * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling vehicle parts or equipment.\n * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues and documenting work.\n * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
